Program Targets
Our Approach
We leverage scientific research, digital innovation, and inclusive community engagement to address the continent’s most pressing environmental and socio-economic challenges.

Project Summary
This program is designed to equip women and youth—especially those from underserved and vulnerable communities—with the practical knowledge, tools, and hands-on skills they need to thrive in the green economy.
The goal is to enable them to become active agents of change who can address climate-related challenges, contribute to environmental sustainability, and lead their communities toward a more inclusive, resilient, and sustainable future.
This program is a strategic initiative aimed at empowering women and youth by equipping them with practical, market-relevant green skills that enable them to actively participate in the green economy, respond effectively to climate change, and lead community-driven sustainability efforts.Through hands-on training, mentorship, and access to green technologies and markets, the program seeks to bridge the gap between environmental challenges and economic opportunity.
By targeting women and youth—often the most impacted yet underrepresented in climate action—the initiative promotes inclusive development, economic empowerment, and resilient livelihoods.Key Objectives
