This program is designed to equip women and youth—especially those from underserved and vulnerable communities—with the practical knowledge, tools, and hands-on skills they need to thrive in the green economy.
Through hands-on training, mentorship, and access to green technologies and markets, the program seeks to bridge the gap between environmental challenges and economic opportunity.
By targeting women and youth—often the most impacted yet underrepresented in climate action—the initiative promotes inclusive development, economic empowerment, and resilient livelihoods.Key Objectives
Develop Technical Green Skills
Build hands-on knowledge in sectors like sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, waste management, and green construction.
Climate Literacy & Advocacy
Increase awareness of climate change causes, impacts, and solutions. Encourage youth and women to advocate for climate justice and environmentally responsible practices within their communities.
Community-Based Action
Promote localized climate solutions led by women and youth, such as tree planting, clean energy cooperatives, sustainable housing, and green schools.
Inclusive Economic Empowerment
Support women- and youth-led green enterprises through business incubation, access to finance, and mentorship. Facilitate linkages with markets, green value chains, and innovation hubs.
